At Choco Crate, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and as quickly as possible across Sri Lanka.

Delivery Partners
We work with trusted third-party courier and delivery services to ensure your chocolates arrive in the best possible condition. While we carefully select reliable delivery partners, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, traffic, public holidays, or courier delays.

Delivery Time
We aim to have all orders delivered on or before the estimated delivery date provided at the time of ordering. Most orders are processed and dispatched promptly to minimize delays.

However, please note that delivery timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed in every situation.

Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within a short period after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or peak seasons may require additional processing time.

Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver islandwide within Sri Lanka using available courier and delivery services.
