At Choco Crate, we take great care in packaging and delivering our products to ensure they arrive in the best condition.

Due to the perishable nature of chocolates and food products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and your order details.

Once reviewed, we will do our best to provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Chocolates and other perishable food items

  • Customized or personalized orders

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

Refunds
